PEAU DE CACAO
Le cacao, originaire de la forêt tropicale sud-américaine, est surtout connu pour ses graines, ingrédient de base du chocolat. Mais la coque du fruit du cacao dégage également un fort arôme sucré et velouté, bien qu'elle contienne beaucoup moins de calories.
CANNELLE
La cannelle était l’une des épices les plus chères au monde et il semble qu’elle ait été utilisée comme épice en Chine dès 3 000 ans avant JC. Il est obtenu à partir de l'écorce de cannelle, qui pousse en Asie du Sud, a une saveur aromatique sucrée et contient de précieuses huiles essentielles.
ÉPLUCHURE D'ORANGE
L'orange est l'agrume le plus cultivé au monde. Il est originaire d’Asie et n’a été introduit en Europe qu’au XVe siècle. Sa croûte contient de nombreuses huiles essentielles et présente une saveur fruitée semblable à celle de la pulpe, bien qu'elle soit un peu moins sucrée et légèrement amère.
Préparation:
Versez 250 ml d'eau bouillante sur le filtre. Laissez infuser 5 minutes ou plus pour une saveur plus forte.
