Cómo realizar el tratamiento 1) Conecte los terminales a la batería, respetando la polaridad (rojo+, negro -). Después de aproximadamente 1 minuto, se puede llevar a cabo el tratamiento. 2) Vierta 2,5 g. de ácido oxálico con el dosificador para Nuclero de 10 cuadros, reduciendo la dosis a la mitad para Nuclero de 6 cuadros. 3) Por término medio después de 1 ½ minutos puede cambiar a otra Colmena; se recomienda no apagar la máquina durante la serie de tratamientos. 4) Apague la BioletalVarroa® sólo al final de la serie ininterrumpida de tratamientos, para evitar el sobrecalentamiento de la cubeta y el consumo innecesario de energía. 5) Para facilitar el uso, molestar menos a las abejas y proteger mejor al apicultor, recomendamos hacer un agujero (45x12mm) en la parte trasera de la Colmena, a ras de la red inferior, y realizar el tratamiento a partir de éste, teniendo cuidado de cerrar la entrada/salida de las abejas del paso con un paño durante unos 5 minutos. Esta abertura, después del tratamiento, puede cerrarse con una simple chapa metálica. 6) Para realizar el tratamiento desde la entrada/salida de las abejas del escalón, es aconsejable trabajar con un listón de madera o un paño.

Thanks to temperature control: - better evaporation of oxalic acid is achieved at the lowest possible temperature without running the risk that it, dissociating at higher temperatures, will lose effectiveness. - time is saved because there is no need to de-power and cool the sublimator between one treatment and the next treatment duration 1:30 minutes per Beehive - battery lasts longer - can run for thousands of treatment cycles. IN ADDITION: - the sublimator stops working before it has completely discharged (and therefore before it has ruined) the battery. - The electrical circuit is insulated from metal parts, so unlike other sublimators, there is no risk of short-circuit if several sublimators powered by the same battery come into contact with each other. Power supply characteristics: 12 volts - 120 watts (Battery not included). Treatment duration: about 1:30 minutes for 2 grams and 40 seconds for 1 gram oxalic acid (3 minutes if cooling the bowl in water between treatments). The oxalic acid is placed in the bowl which will be inserted into the flight opening. As the bowl is heated, the oxalic acid evaporates. A mist is thus formed in the Beehive that coats the bees and all surfaces with a thin layer of oxalic acid crystals. These small crystals are borne well by the bees but have a lethal action on varroa. The bowl is attached to a solid handle from which the 3-meter cable equipped with terminals for electrical connection departs. This sublimator complies with the European Directives, and therefore has a CE mark, and complies with the Rohs Directive on the restriction of the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

The end of the set treatment period is signaled by an audible warning emitted by a 'buzzer' inside the timer; it is possible to start a new treatment by pressing the 'start' button located on the top of the timer, which interrupts the buzzer and starts counting the set treatment time again. Installation The timer should be installed on the sublimator cable, and its location can be freely chosen by the beekeeper according to his or her preferences. However, it is important that the - polarity (blue wire) and + polarity (brown wire) are respected for the timer to operate properly.
