Possible inconveniences and their solutions 1)THE APPLIANCE DOES NOT START: check that the terminals are plugged into the power supply (12V battery or electric current) 2)THE APPLIANCE STARTS BUT DOES NOT SUCK: check that the level of royal jelly in the jar has not risen and overflowed into the suction tube.
