Apply a sufficient amount of ointment to the affected area and massage gently until completely absorbed; repeat if necessary.

Infusion preparation: Steep 1 tablespoon of dried herb in a cup of boiling water. Strain and drink 2-3 cups daily. Sweeten with honey.

Contraindications: No side effects have been reported at therapeutic doses. Only with high doses and over long periods does a possible interaction with thyroid medications (methimazole and thyroxine) appear. Avoid use if you suffer from hypothyroidism. Avoid use if you have a personal sensitivity to the plant. As a precaution, it is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Pour it slowly into the mold. The time for the wax to solidify depends on the size of the mold and the amount of wax used. 3) Take the candle out of the mold:When the wax is cold, remove the rubber bands, open the mold and take out the candle. Remove the toothpick and cut the wick at the base of the candle, while on the top leave the wick 1 cm long. Spray the candle with silicone spray to give it shine.
