The 50-kg format is the smallest, but has all the quality of materials and workmanship Lega. The ripener is compatible with Lega's stainless steel mesh filters to do the initial filtering of honey after honey extraction. This makes it possible to pour honey from which the coarsest impurities, such as pieces of wax, wood or organic bee parts, have already been removed.
