ApiGO- complementary feed for bees, containing malt dextrins, yeast extract and vitamins20 g bag WHEN TO USE : spring (February/March) - autumn (August/September)AUTHORIZED PRODUCT FOR VETERINARY USEProduct characteristics in the (DOWNLOAD) section
Api GO comes in single-use sachets containing an optimal amount of powdered product to treat 20 households for 1 time. Suspend the entire contents of the single-dose pouch in 1 liter of water. It is recommended that it be stored in cool, dry places, preferably out of direct sunlight and in any case away from heat sources until use.Once dissolved in water, the solution should be stored in the refrigerator and it is important not to use the solution more than 48 hours after preparation. Drip about 5cc of this solution into each frame populated by bees. The product can also be administered by spraying on adults and combs; in that case, it is recommended to suspend it in about 4 liters of water, spraying each Beehive with 200 ml of the preparation.Repeat the administration at least three times weekly, in the spring period or before wintering.
POSOLOGY AND SUMMMINISTRATION Beehive treatment: two applications of 50 g gel (equivalent to 12.5 g thymol/dose) per colony at 2-week intervals. Maximum of two treatments per year Method of administration Open the Beehive. Place the dosing stand (supplied) in the middle of the brood combs. The product should be well mixed before use for 10 seconds with a hive lever or similar instrument. Using the dosing syringe (supplied), transfer the first 50-gram dose of gel from the bucket to the dosing stand as follows: Remove the dosing syringe from its packaging. Push the syringe cone completely into the gel making sure that no air enters the syringe. Slowly pull back the plunger of the syringe to aspirate 52 ml (equivalent to 50 grams) of gel. Remove the syringe from the gel . Gently push back the syringe plunger to release the gel from the syringe gradually over the entire surface of the dispensing stand. Be careful, you need to be sure that there is a clearance of at least 0.5 cm between the top of the gel and the Beehive lid. Close the Beehive. After completing Beehive treatment, wash the syringe in warm water. Pull out the syringe plunger and wash the tool thoroughly until all traces of gel are removed . Allow to dry and store in closed container until next use. After two weeks, repeat the treatment by replacing the dispensing medium with a new one on which a second dose of 52 ml (equivalent to 50 grams) of gel should be applied following the procedure described above. Leave the product in the Beehives for another 2 weeks until it has completely disappeared from the dosing stand. Remove the product when mounting the Honey super to the hives. See figures below: The efficacy of the drug is maximized if the product is used in late summer after honey harvest (when the amount of brood is decreasing). However, in the case of severe infestation, the product can also be used in spring when temperatures are above 15°C. Efficacy may vary from hive to hive as a result of the mode of application. Therefore, the product should be used interspersed with other treatments as part of an integrated varroa control program, and the natural fall of mites should be regularly monitored. If further significant mite drop is observed during the following winter or spring, additional treatment in winter or spring is recommended. 4.10 Overdose (symptoms, emergency procedures, antidotes) if necessary *.
WHEN TO USE-During the broodless period-one treatment per Beehive or per generation of bees. Use in the absence of Honey super. Use with Beehives with vertical frames accessible from above. HOW TO USE -> SEE ATTACHMENT TO DOWNLOAD ADVANTAGES - Glycerol prolongs the shelf life of the oxalic acid solution, thus its distribution in the hive - Oxybee is the first oxalic acid product with glycerol and essential oils available in Italy - Average efficacy >98% - Product approved for organic beekeeping
Replacement stainless steel bottom grate for use with 10 cm diameter smokers.
Indispensable for allowing combustion
BEES HERB is a COMPLEMENTARY FEED based on ESSICATED VEGETABLE ESSENCES AND VITAMINS, which is particularly suitable for restoring the healthy condition of adult bees. Properly fed bees are healthier and can better prevent the establishment of important diseases such as NOSEMIASIS.
Guaranteed safety for consumers, bees, and Beehive products;Exact dosage for precise number of hives;Allowed in organic beekeeping;Easily soluble in sugar syrup at room temperature;Excellent efficacy (>96%) and tolerability;
VITA-OXYGEN powder sanitizing detergent developing peracetic acid (active oxygen) Store the product tightly closed, cool and 'dry , away from riducent and flammable materials For disinfection from all Beehive pathogens (American and European foulbrood, nosema ceranae, calcified brood, varroasis-related viruses ) of Beehives, combs and any type of beekeeping material. Characteristics* broad-spectrum disinfectant: sporigenic and nonsporigenic bacteria, fungi and viruses) * remarkable rapidity of disinfection: contact time 30 minutes * non-corrosive on materials Method of usePreparation: dissolve Vita Oxygenin lukewarm water ( 20-30°) at doses of 10 grams per liter for decontamination/disinfection or 20 grams per liter for high-level disinfection. Shake for 2 / 3 minutes until much of the powder has dissolved. Wait the indicated activation time (15 minutes at 10 grams per liter and 30 minutes at 20 grams per liter ) following the label directions . Coarse manual cleaning is recommended to remove wax bridges or substantial propolis formations. Leave in contact with the solution 30 minutes or more. For disinfection of Beehives,frame timbers or other material, prepare suitable contain -tor and fill with solution. Allow the material to soak. Alternatively, spray with disinfet -tant and brush. For disinfecting honeycombs - Dip the honeycombs in the disinfectant solution letting the alveoli fill.Leave them in contact with the disinfectant then drain them by whisking them to empty the alveoli. Alternatively, the disinfectant can be sprayed with nebulizer directly on the combs.With the solution in nebulizer, thoroughly spray the combs or material. Manual application: can also be used to wash with brush and solution. Important Use concentrations and residence times in disinfection that are proportional to the amount of organic matter present to be removed.Disinfection time should be understood to be 30 minutes in cases where wax and propolis are present in superficial layers ( from a few thousandths of a milli-meter to half a millimeter ) such as may be the typical condition of Beehive walls or frame crossbars or uprights or the surface of a pocket feeder ,etc....No rinsing is required as the degradation products turn out to be water, oxygen and acetic acid. The dilute is not hazardous to the operator. The dilute is effective at its maximum potential for a time of 24 hours. Thereafter the sterilization action decreases.
