In stainless steel, very silent, with a 300 mm long serrated edge blade.

Electrically heated, controlled by a thermostat and oscillating horizontally by a small 220 V gearmotor.

Capacity of 150 honeycombs/hour. It works perfectly leaning on our uncapping benches or uncapping trolley.
