The DANA api MATIC 1000 is a filling machine with a gear pump. A powerful low-voltage DC motor drives the gear pump with the help of a helical gearbox. The motor is controlled by computerized electronics, which also ensures a perfect anti-drop function. The filling machine has 20 filling programs with settings for weight, calibration factor and other filling parameters. The machine works accurately and is easy to program for different substances. As a pump, the machine works in both directions and can be set to different speeds. All parts that come in contact with the substance are made of food-grade plastic or stainless steel and are easy to disassemble and clean. The stand is made of sturdy stainless steel and has a plastic jar guide, which you can lean the jar against so that it is centered exactly under the nozzle. The jar guide can also be adjusted back and forth depending on the diameter of the jar. The stand can be adjusted to 13 different heights at 0.5 cm intervals. The stand can be used for jars that have a full height between 3.5 cm and 23.5 cm. It measures 37 x 32 x 41 cm and weighs 4.6 kg. To make your own beeswax candle you will need: - a silicone mold- a wick of appropriate thickness- a rubber band- a toothpick- silicone (Spray) - optional 1) Preparing the mold:We recommend spraying the mold inside with silicone spray which will make it easier to remove the candle at the end of the process. Insert the wick in the center from the bottom and pop it out from the top. Secure the mold with rubber bands to keep it tightly closed. Tie a wick to the toothpick and rest the latter on the top edge. 2) Fill the mold ocn the wax: Melt the wax in a preferably enameled pot, pour it into the mold when it has reached a temperature of 50°C. Pour it slowly into the mold. The time for the wax to solidify depends on the size of the mold and the amount of wax used. 3) Take the candle out of the mold:When the wax is cold, remove the rubber bands, open the mold and take out the candle. Remove the toothpick and cut the wick at the base of the candle, while on the top leave the wick 1 cm long. Spray the candle with silicone spray to give it shine.

Compatible with all materials except light metals, such as aluminum or galvanized metals.
