SAMe (S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulphate tosylate), St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) aerial part with flowers dry extract, titrated at 0.3% in hypericin; Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) root dry extract, titrated at 2.5% withanolides; bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); Cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12), Pteroylmonoglutamic acid (Folic acid);
How to use
BUMP: it is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, between meals, throughout the day;
MAINTENANCE: it is recommended to take 1 capsule per day, between meals.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you take medications, ask your doctor for advice before using the product because St. John's Wort extract can interfere with their metabolism, also inhibiting their activity. St. John's Wort extract is contraindicated in childhood and adolescence. Avoid exposure to heat sources or sudden changes in temperature. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
