Salute to the stars
The star salute helps to open the mind and energize the body. It can be practiced in the morning or at the end of the day, when tiredness and stress make themselves felt. TULSI
Tulsi also known as sacred or Indian basil, is a particularly aromatic variety of basil from the Labiate family.
Its origins range from tropical and subtropical Asia to northern Australia. In Ayurveda, Tulsi is considered the "king of aromatic herbs".
By virtue of its numerous positive properties, it is revered as the "elixir of life". Its aroma is reminiscent of cloves and allspice.
