To have an even liquefaction of honey, it is recommended to move the honey fondimiele from bottom to top taking care not to force it because liquefied honey can damage the heating element. IMPORTANT do not turn on the fondimiele if the probe is not in contact with the honey (the bronze ferrule must be in contact with the honey)
